Branford House RW: Michelle Girard Photography and Design

I have not shared a Branford House RW in a longgggg time, and this one left me dreaming of summer - which seems SO far away as I'm waking up this am to single digit temps and threats of more snow tonight.  This couple, photographed by Michelle Girard, got married on Cedar Island & then took a boat back to the mainland for their reception at the Branford House!  How cool is that??  I love their vintage details and beautiful beach ceremony.  They also have THE most adorable ring bearers I've ever seen....and you know I'm a sucker for any golden hour shots on the rocks at the BH :)

For the rest of the stunning images - including a vintage car, check out the full blog post here!

Anyone else ready for summer??

Branford House RW: Jennifer Bach Photography

I love lots of things about this wedding.

I stumbled across this Branford House wedding in June - and fell in love with the pictures of the couple out on the rocks.  I immediately knew this was a spot I wanted to take portraits on our wedding day.  I am pretty sure Rachel thought I was crazy when we left the reception for golden hour portraits and I said I wanted to go down to the water - but luckily she trusted me and we ended up with some stunning shots!!

These portraits of the couple are amazing - I love the closeness, and the way the water glistens in the background.  I also LOVE the gold detailing in their reception, and the very cool "after dark" shot of campus the photographer caught.  There are SO so many more pictures - to see them all just read the full post here!

Branford House RW: Tony Spinelli Photography

This weekend, Ant and I are going to our first wedding as a married couple!!! Our friends Rish and Karissa are getting married in Groveland Ma.  Things have been so busy settling down after our own wedding, it will be nice to spend the weekend away with all of our friends from school.  It will ALSO be wonderful to get to enjoy a wedding again just as a guest! And eat and drink and dance the night away :)

While I am packing for the weekend, I thought I would leave you with another Branford House RW from this summer.  You know me - even though I'm done planning my wedding I can't get enough of wedding photography! and I love to see how differently brides utilize the same space I did.

I still haven't really gotten into all of the details of my wedding flower experience with you yet, but this bride's bouquet makes my new bouquet loving heart oh so happy.  I also love her grey mix and match bridesmaids dresses - and her headpiece!  Oh I just LOVE her headpiece.  I didn't post any good pictures of it though...to see the rest you'll have to view the entire post here!!

Branford House RW: Alicia Ann Photographers

EEEKKKKK.  Mrs. Mascia here!!!  We are officially back from our honeymoon and ready to start married life in the "real world".  I know my wonderful MOH has kept up with things for me while I've been gone, and if you follow me on instagram you've also gotten a few updates, but I am SO looking forward to getting to reflect on our day, and share all the beautiful details with you now!!!  Ant and I are so thankful - we had the PERFECT day on 8/8, with beautiful weather and beautiful people and more love than we ever could have dreamed of.

I thought I'd kick things off with my {very biased} favorite Branford House RW post of all time - by Alicia Ann Photographers.  Ours!!  The blog post went live while we were on the beach in Antigua and I was literally squealing like a little girl, and then crying over the images - they are stunning.  They capture the day perfectly, and I can NOT wait to see the rest!

As always, here are a few of my favorites {which was an almost impossible task to choose} but PLEASE follow the link to her blog to see the rest! and let me know what you think :)

Branford House RW: Megan W Photography

There is something SO romantic about winter weddings at the Branford House.  The building photographs amazingggggly in B&W and the natural grays of winter suit it so well.  This wedding by Megan W Photography that I found on Style Me Pretty makes me want to die of happiness for so many reasons: the beautiful fireplace decor, gold MOH dress, and stunning bride to name a few!!  I also don't think you could have gotten a better sunset if you had ordered one up special for the occasion.

Follow the links above to see even more of the stunning images!!!  My favorites are below - including the first one which might be my favorite B&W shot of the Branford House ever.

Branford House RW: Michelle Gardella

If you follow my instagram (@theshorelinebride) - you know this week has been a SUPER productive one for me.  If you don't follow me, you probably should!  We bought my mom's MOTB dress, spent hours stuffing & stamping envelopes, and finished the table numbers!  Phew.  That being said, there hasn't been a ton of time for blogging…

While I am catching up on some of my other blog posts….I wanted to share this Branford House real wedding photographed by Michelle Gardella.  As always, I've posted a few of my favorites below….but you should definitely check out her entire blog post here!

This wedding initially jumped out at me because of this first picture below…I sent it to my florist as inspiration for the giant fireplace in the main room.  For us - it will be our dance floor, not a dining space…but we were brainstorming ways to dress it up without overdoing it….I think this couple had the right idea!  Below you will also find some pretty awesome shots of the groomsmen, and some insanely romantic portraits.

TGIF!!!!!

This week has been one of the longest ever….but now it is Friday! This weekend all of our friends will be getting together in Newport for Stonge and Ina's wedding - the official kick-off to our wedding season!

To help get myself out of work mode and into wedding mode, I'm going to share this beautiful Branford House real wedding from Katie Slater photography with you, that I found on TWD's blog earlier this week!  Even on a rainy day, the Branford House is a stunning backdrop. (I'm still crossing my fingers for sun!)

Check out the blog for all of the images!  But here are a few of my favorites below…
